FEC PLAN

F – Focus. What do you want to achieve (ie: more strength, increased muscle, decreased body fat)? Why do you want this? Be specific.

E – Effort. How are you going to achieve your goals? Are you going to eat clean? Exercise daily? Stress less? When are you going to tackle all of these? For example, are you going to train between 7am-8am? Are you going to make sure you sleep at 10pm-6am every day?

C – Consistency. Nothing is going to change if you’re not consistent! Accountability is this best way to stay on track. To be accountable you could hire a personal trainer, tell your friends and family, get a training partner. Reward yourself..what are you going to do for yourself for achieving your goals? It could be taking yourself for a spa treatment or buying a new dress etc.
